The Story

Hi loves, Thanks so much for being here <3

My name is Kae La Volpa, I live in a green school bus with my husband and Phoebe (our dog). I make everything you see here in a plastic garden shed. I've been a self taught metalsmith since 2022, I am still learning every day but I am very excited to take this next step in starting my business and share my story.

Jewelry wasn't always my plan, I've always loved it and wore a ton of it but never really considered making it until I was working in the industry I dreamed of being in and ended up not really fitting in at all. I was trying to navigate being a christian in a very non christian space when I feel like God really put it on my heart that I can be an artist without being in the industry. At this point in my life I had multiple contracts withdrawn due to differing beliefs and actually taught myself the basics of metalsmithing while sitting backstage during the shows. This is when the "how hard can it be" mindset set in. Now that I've taken a step away from the industry and put my faith in this journey God has so clearly shown me, I've come to the point where resilience and staying true to what you believe in is far more important than any job will be. I am confident in what I feel like I'm meant to be doing even though it's not what I had originally planned for my life. Gods plan is better than our own and I'm looking forward to the road ahead.
